How to request deletion
Send an email from the email address associated with your Amir Speedy Delivery account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include the account email address and phone number so our team can identify the correct account. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.
What happens when you request deletion
Account deletion is currently handled manually by Amir Speedy Delivery support. The support team will verify the request, review the account and its related delivery records, and confirm what personal data can be deleted. This website does not automatically delete an account when the email link is used.
Data that may be deleted
After verification and review, the request may cover the customer's authentication account and customer profile information held for the Amir Speedy Delivery service, such as name, email address, phone number, addresses, and account settings. The support team will explain the result of the review rather than treating this page as an automatic deletion guarantee.
Data that may be retained
Delivery orders and related operational records can include customer details, delivery addresses, order status, rider assignment, notifications, and order media. The current project does not define an automatic deletion or retention policy for these records. They may need to remain available for delivery operations, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes. The support team will identify any records that cannot be removed from the request.
Retention period
No fixed retention period is currently implemented or published in this project. Because deletion is manual and related order records require review, support will communicate the outcome and any applicable retention details for your request.
